La Casa Grande
As the ONLY private luxury home on La Ropa Beach in Zihuatenejo, Casa De Los Pajaros allows you the opportunity to be the first on the beach for a morning walk, watching the gulls and pelicans as they fly out, and the fishermen as they head out for the fresh catch. This lovely home is the only private home right on the sand of one of the most beautiful white sand beach on the Pacific Coast of Mexico.

The house was remodeled in 2017 and the Master Villa Suite addition has made the house nothing but remarkable. This addition to the house gives a breathtaking view of the ocean along with its own private patio and separate entrance from the main house. The Master Villa sleeps up to two guests and includes a king size bed. In the main house; the Master Bedroom sleeps up to three guests and includes a king size bed and an individual sofa bed. The bathroom for this room offers two sinks. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed with a single size mattress on top and twin size mattress on the bottom. This room sleeps 3 people comfortably and has its own bathroom. Bedroom #3 sleeps two guests with one king size bed. All the bedrooms are air conditioned, as well as an interior TV and game room. Each bedroom has a connecting full size bathroom. The living room inside the house has a sofa bed to sleep two guests and another small sofa to sleep one guest.
The main outdoor living area is an airy space under a large palapa (palm frond roof), where you can relax on a hammock after taking a fishing, snorkeling, or kayaking excursion, or just walking the mile long beach in front of the house. The outdoor dining area just off the kitchen allows you to enjoy dinner while watching the night lights of the boats bobbing off shore or the city lights off in the distance.
BEACH FRONT ACCESS | PRIVATE POOL
The 65- foot swimming pool is made of local river rock and is long enough to swim laps, but wide enough so children or other guests can enjoy the pool. At the far end of the pool is a large palapa pool house, with its own bathroom and a wet bar for keeping the throats wet while the bodies sink into the cool water of the pool.

Casa De Los Pajaros is walled and gated and our live-in caretakers, who have their own small cottage just off on the side of the property, are at your service 24/7. Every morning Manuel provides a delightful free continental breakfast with fresh juice, ripe fruit, coffee, and pastries from the local bakery. He is a wonderful farm-to-table chef and specializes in Mexican cuisine. He is available to cook and arrange all meals per your request and is a great personal concierge for help around the town.
